This page documents changes, additions, and updates to the Labelcamp API.
2026-08-24
Changed: POST /api/v2/send-tasks will refuse a delivery targeting a closed feed with a 422, the error pointing at /data/relationships/dsp-upload-identification. Such deliveries are accepted today, but nothing downstream can ever send them: they stay in the waiting status indefinitely. The rule will cover every delivery-type, take-downs (delete) included. Feeds still being set up (standby) are unaffected, and deliveries created before the change keep behaving as they do today. Read the status attribute of dsp-upload-identifications to skip closed feeds before creating a delivery. Deployment date to be confirmed.

Added: Generative AI contribution can now be declared through the ai-contribution attribute, on credits (new roles endpoint), static album covers (products.cover-ai-contribution), album motion arts (asset-attachments) and videos. See Declare AI contribution.

Added: Webhooks now include a product_id in the payload. For ImportTask (which associates with product, track, or video), two attributes are provided: attachable_type and attachable_id.

Added: New Asset Attachment API enables developers to associate Apple Motion Art with products. Import tasks relationships were refactored with retroactive compatibility, though deprecation has been announced.
